Timothy Geithner has some good news and some bad news. The good news is that he says the econom has begun to stabalize. The bad news is that it is going to take some time to recover:
If you are considering a car title loan this is important news. The more stable our economy, the easier it is to feel secure with taking a car title loan or auto title line. So be cautious and smart. Here is a car title loan lender in Las Vegas, Nevada that can help get you started. Car title loans are so great for getting one through financial difficulties as long as you are realistic with what you take out. This is true for any type of loan. During the current recession, real estate values have plummeted. In order to stimulate economic growth in the real estate sector, President Obama had signed a tax credit bill earlier this year in the amount of $8,000 for first time home-owners. The deadline to claim the credit is November 30th. Well, now it is looking more and more like the tax credit is going to be extended to June of 2010. In addition, the bill will include more people- not just first-time home buyers. I think this is a good thing. We need to stimulate the economy so that businesses can hire more and people can spend more. You have to spend money in order to make it as they say. More importantly, if people have incentive to buy new homes, those in foreclosure or close to it can cut their losses more easily.
Buying a home in the first place can be difficult especially nowadays if your credit is bad. While you may not be considering buying a home because of this reason, it doesn’t mean that because you cannot secure a mortgage that you cannot get any kind of loan. Consider a car title loan. With car title loans credit is not the concern. Car title loan agencies and lenders do not do credit checks. Here is a car title loan lender in Georgia that you can visit to learn more…
Maybe you are aware that the Philadelphia Phillies and New York Yankees are in the world series. Well, it came out yesterday that a woman was arrested on charges of prostitution for trying to get world series tickets in exchange for sex. An undercover cop answered an ad on craigslist that Susan Finkelstein posted. The police claim that when she met with him she offered to perform sex acts in exchange for tickets. Her lawyer is denying this. But really, even if she did, is this worth our tax payer money to prosecute? I mean most people know about the “legal” prostitution that goes on through craigslist ad. Shouldn’t they be going after that instead? Here is a video about the story…
I usually try to keep my posts towards the positive, but I just read an article that is pretty negative. The article basically talks about how it will be more difficult for people to retire with the same lifestyle that they have today. There are many reasons that I feel it is appropriate to bring this article up with regards to car title loans. The main point of the article is pretty much summed up by this quote:
“To overcome today’s retirement challenges, people need help understanding financial topics so they can make reasonable financial choices throughout their lives.”
Listen, car title loans are a great option, but we must also consider why we might find ourselves in a situation that requires we take out any loan. Are we making solid financial choices? Do I only need $1000.00 and still take out $1500.00? What can I do to save money for the future? Maybe I need to go out for dinner less or take the bus to work. These are just some of the things you might want to consider. Car title loans are one of your best options for quick cash. Making solid decisions for your future is your best option in life.
